As I said in my comment: we don't know all the facts of what happened. Some statements don't line up from the media and from his wife, Candice, but oftentimes there is much confusion in the rush to "be first" instead of "be correct" when it comes to reporting.
I found her clear efforts to cover up (notice how stiff her arms are at her side to ensure the towel stays in place) starkly contrasted by a few minutes later when she's got them hanging out. Reports indicate that she was "in the pool" at the time she heard a loud bang, so her attire is not unexpected, and perhaps she simply got hot while under the towel in the sunlight.
It's also apparent, besides the beer in his hand, that Brad was at least somewhat intoxicated.
I had a friend who was accused of domestic violence and the bruises on her arms were proof, but later she admitted that she had been hitting him and her bruises were because he had his arms up to defend his face. His shame was immeasurable.
And I've had a friend who was abused by her boyfriend and making sure people believed her with solid evidence against him was difficult.
I hope everyone is okay and I hope they are both able to sort out what appears to be a lot of life stessors causing a domestic situation. I hope we find out more facts about this case before judging either one of them.
