You guys obviously have never been through the divorce courts in the U.S. or have been falsely accused of DV by your soon to be ex. It is brutal and you can quickly get ground into mincemeat in the machinations of the system. I got divorced in NJ in 2007 and Lost everything....house, 401k and kids. I never did drugs, drank excessively or had any trouble with law enforcement. Here it is 2020 and I still haven’t recovered.
I agree the cops were excessive but that will not compare to how brutal family court judges and the minions who surround them can be. I have so many stories of how the family courts fuck over fathers. Family court is hell run by feminists.
I was recently talking to a friend who has witnessed tons of sexual harassment. She said only the false accusations get through HR because the women craft a careful smear/whisper campaign before they make a formal accusation. The real victims go straight to HR without gossiping and get smacked down. As a woman I can say with confidence that women can be some of the most vicious social manipulators alive
When the woman's word is evidence but the man's is not.
When domestic violence against men is met with a shrug but pushing a woman who is aggrivated and assaulting you is excessive.
When the default ruling is the woman gets the kids, plus half of the man up front, plus another third for kids despite the situation the woman is in... And the man has to go to great lengths to PROVE he wasn't abusive, to PROVE he is a good parent, to PROVE he can be a great provider, to PROVE he can house and clothe and feed the kids (after giving up 60% of his income).
When women view divorce as a windfall payday, cheered on by her divorced friends, and milk the man for decades despite being capable to provide, and able to latch onto another man to effectively make a 3 income household.
Exactly this. I was trying to say this in my post but you did a much much better job of it. The family courts are so abusive to mostly men. I haven’t had a meaningful relationship with my children in 8 years. All at the hands of the family courts. I hope NJ sinks into the sea!
Don’t want to rain on your parade just want guys to know you are entering into a legal contract. What they don’t tell you is the legal system is stacked against you if it doesn’t work out. Been there, done that!
