As far as I can tell, it is that the Trump campaign aired ads geared towards minorities that showed the Clintons and Biden being racist towards black people and only seeing them as votes, and the ads were more geared to deter people from voting for Clinton than voting for Trump. THIS WAS HALF OF THE DEMOCRATS STRATEGY IN 2016 AND 90% OF IT NOW, so I may be confused.
