Judge Sullivan has inadvertently forced the release of the most damning evidence of a targeted coup of president Trump! Thank you!

All of those who are part of the Deep State need to die a thousand deaths, and may each death be more painful than the one before it.

Sullivan should be put in clown makeup for his kangaroo court.

I listened to the X22 report the other day and they said that the Flynn case would end today. If it does, I will be one step closer to believing the whole Q conspiracy nonsense.

2
RiverFenix 2 points ago +3 / -1

X22 is not affiliated with Q, it's just one source of discussion..

Same goes for SGT Report, Bards of War, Jordan Sather, Praying Medic or any number of podcasters.

It's speculation and these podcasters have no more insight than you or me. They can guess and be right, but it means nothing if they're wrong. Q posts aren't an inside scoop for anyone, they're open source and can be read/understood by anyone.

2
donotclickjim 2 points ago +2 / -0

A lot of what X22 posts are, like you said, their interpretations of Q posts. The Flynn exoneration/case drop was very specific as they were deriving the case would drop after 30 months based on a Q post and today would be the end of that 30 months.

2
RiverFenix 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, but timelines change a bit so I'm not going to set my watch by any Q post.

Like D-day was supposed to be June 5th

Flynn could be Q... I don't have time to explain it all, but there is plausible evidence he is.

I really hope that this will be the end of this nightmare for Gen. Michael Flynn, and his family.

That said, Sullivan practically begged GMF to withdraw his plea, even pointing out to him that he would be considered a traitor in everyone's eyes. After that, he would have been perfectly justified in handing down a sentence to GMF.

Instead, he delayed judgment, which gave The Indomitable Sidney Powell a chance to get GMF to reconsider, and he did. And we went through the clusterf**k of a hearing from there.

Eventually the DOJ relented, but never actually stated WHY they were withdrawing, probably in the hope that it would all be swept under the carpet, GMF would get his life back, and everything could carry on as normal.

I can understand Sullivan being pissed at that, so he decides to go the Amicae Curiae route, just to throw a spanner in the works, and to show that judges are not there to be messed around.

I'm not trying to defend Sullivan here, justice delayed is justice denied, but Sullivan had nearly a year of his time taken up too. Sorry for the different perspective. Let the downvotes begin.

That said, Sullivan practically begged GMF to withdraw his plea, even pointing out to him that he would be considered a traitor in everyone's eyes.

Lol, Sullivan knew shit was shady as fuck. Wanted to make it very hard for Flynn to appeal or back out after. He CALLED Flynn a traitor and suggested what he did was treason.

No downvote from me, but your take is shit.

7
RiverFenix 7 points ago +7 / -0

Eventually the DOJ relented, but never actually stated WHY they were withdrawing,

Yes they said they were withdrawing because of gross misconduct on the part of the DOJ prosecutors withholding brady material and the fact the entire investigation was predicated on NOTHING.

It's like being pulled over, your car searched, sniffing dogs brought in, trunk is opened and they find a receipt for a shovel, and accuse you of digging a hole somewhere, knowing the odds are good you dug a hole somewhere, then trying to convict you for the mass grave found somewhere on the other side of the world. When it eventually comes out that the cop only pulled you over because he recognized you as his political opponent, had no grounds to pull you over or search you in the first place.. the receipt which was found illegally has to be thrown out of court and the case falls apart because of misconduct on the part of the investigating officer.

Good take on this.

I am undecided as to whether or not Sullivan is friend or foe, but i lean toward a foe who became an accidental ally.

The only thing about Sullivan that really sticks in my craw was his declaration that Flynn is likely a traitor and his verbal pondering of whether he committed perjury in accepting the plea deal.

5
JustanotherTXPede 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sorry, not sorry, you're full of shit. Judge Sullivan is committing a travesty of justice. Litigator here. The DOJ has complete prosecutorial discretion in deciding not to prosecute. Once that decision is made, it is unreviewable by the court. Think differently? Get yourself a different Constitution.

droden 4 points ago +5 / -1

viva frie and robert barnes suggested that barr is lumping out more and more details to shame sullivan and shit on obamas DOJ. The more time that goes by the more damning evidence will come to light all thanks to sullivans delays.

Judge S should go ahead and make whatever biased ruling he is ready to make so it can be overruled by a higher court, which it will be.

2
Mrsattorney 2 points ago +2 / -0

This hearing is sort of insufferable. It's just Sullivan re-hashing Gleason's argument, sort of, so it's really bizarre. Gleason shouldn't be a party to this proceeding. Sullivan is just wasting time.

2
Mrsattorney 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sullivan is recessing for 30 minutes because they can't operate the system they set up for the hearing.

2
1standboobs 2 points ago +2 / -0

It wanted me to say my name at the tone. "Donald J Trump" was clearly the only answer. Praise Kek.

This is such BULLSHIT

"Should we just recess?" Omg.

1
Mrsattorney 1 point ago +1 / -0

So just as the DOJ lawyer tries to present a cogent legal argument, his microphone goes haywire, and Sullivan tells him to call in on a landline. You couldn't make this stuff up.

1
Mrs_Fonebone 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh, Lord, I've suffered through all of these--so hard to hear so much bs--so I'll do this one too--I doubt he's going to actually issue a decision today, and his plan is no doubt to have it sent back up to the Appeals court to stall further.

I’ve said it before I’ll say it again....

Micheal Flynn is the swamp.

He admitted receiving money from Turkey for political influence. That along should disqualify him to run any security apparatus.

He’s not tough or smart He was caught up on this mess and confessed a bunch of crimes under questioning.

We have so many competent generals to pick from and this is who we embraced? Fuck him.

He has cost the right and Trump with his shady bullshit and the fact we have to save him from the dems.

He’s a toxic dumbass.

Edit: holy shit this guy is also a CovidTard. Likely a member of the PLA cent army

2
RiverFenix 2 points ago +2 / -0

And what exactly have you done with your life to save the Republic?

-8
Trumpsbaldeagle -8 points ago +1 / -9

That’s a great deflection but this article is talking about Flynn and his swampy ass who was once nominated to be national security advisor.

I’m not in politics but I can say I don’t accept bribes from foreign nations. Especially when it’s to support of Turkey and work against the states.

Did anyone read his confession? This is not from some news article he spilled the beans in a court under oath.

Seems like no one cares about integrity anymore it’s just our team versus theirs.

Flynn = swamp

3
Sumarongi 3 points ago +3 / -0

You know ‘confessions’ can be coerced like in Flynn’s case?

0
Trumpsbaldeagle 0 points ago +3 / -3

Of course. Should we have a man who is susceptible to that kind of pressure leading our national security? Fuck no.

You know Trump doesn’t love the headache Flynn has caused.

How does Trump feel again about people on his staff who confess crimes to the FBI?

2
Thearchduke 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well, wait a minute. Remember: His lawyers were Eric Holder's firm, so, you KNOW they were leading him straight into the grave.

1
RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe Flynn = Swamp whistleblower.

Maybe Trump made donations to the Clinton Foundation too.

Maybe you've done or said something in your life that furthered Evil or Communism in some way. Are you a write off, or should you be given the opportunity to prove yourself Good
