Yeah and the 3/5ths compromise makes no mention of race except to exempt untaxed Indians.

Maybe it should be applied in the context of taxes or at least in the context of welfare programs.

There will arise a point where there are more people paying nothing than people paying into it, but that won't stop them from voting for more and more of the producers earnings.
