If Biden just literally doesn't die on the stage, this will be heralded as a brilliant debate that showed facts held up to personal attacks - they already have their talking points and articles written, Biden has already been fed a few catchy lines like "A million people died while you golfed" which will be headlines but land flat in person, etc. etc.
