The Sandworms and the Spice, the blue of the Spice User's eyes, and the ability of the Navigators to fold time and space, through accelerated evolution, all stem from Frank Herbert's allusion to the Psilocybin Containing Sacred Mushrooms. These secrets exist at the roots of many Religious Traditions Globally, and Herbert conveyed their importance in Spiritual Discovery, as well as his experiential passion for them.
The new Dune Trailer depicts the worm/ mushroom connection by showing the Worm's "Teeth", as being identical to the gills of the Sacred Mushroom. Director Denis Villeneuve is deeply clued into this historical connection through his art direction throughout the film.
I’m reading Dune now, and I love it so far. I’m not sure I’ll watch the new movie; I would love a contemporary adaption that just stays true to the novel, but I’m certain it will be interjected with leftism and cultural Marxism.
I'm holding out for something spectacular. Denis is an incredible director, and when examining Blade Runner 2049 on it's continuity of integrity with the Cyber Noir Original, he maintained artistic integrity, rather than any hint of Wokeness. From what's been seen so far, with a few exceptions, I expect something spectacular. 2049 was stunning in it's totality, although it was high brow for many audiences, so that presents commercial challenges. We shall see..
The original trilogy is based. The prequels are kind of based as well. They’re basically about a guy who uses war as an excuse to gain power and how acting on fee-fees is bad.
You've seen Return of the Jedi, right? Sarlacc.

I never got into star wars after the first one, too cucked!
Return of the Jedi is 1983 pre-cucked SW.
The original trilogy isn’t cucked. The sequels however are a dumpster fire.
Maybe so, but im not watching them...
