Well you could be right. But I think it takes a functioning listen->understand->form thought->talk series that his brain will be too slow to pull off. When he stared right at the camera and made his mini speeches about voting, etc, without stumbling, that seemed highly suspicious. Especially since that had nothing to do with the topic being discussed by either Trump or Wallace. No way he could have just repeated this from someone speaking in his ear.
