Absofuckinlutely. With enough practice and stimulants he can get this. The audio is crystal clear, it's not like he's going to be hearing anything muddy or distorted.
Well you could be right. But I think it takes a functioning listen->understand->form thought->talk series that his brain will be too slow to pull off. Unless he’s going to be in full ventriloquism mode. And that’s dangerous because he could do something completely crazy like how he read the teleprompter notes the other day
