Sullivan helped out the cabal in a very important but little known case regarding the legality of income taxation. Seldom discussed issue, but apparently the income tax is not authorized by a specific law, it just "is". This was legally challenged, the judge who issued the ruling allowing the IRS to continue to milk americans dry was... Sullivan.

Sadly, the courts somewhat have to police themselves. Unless you start recalling judges, which is a nuclear option I don't think will help.
