No. It won't happen. A.) The UN is broke B.) Their Peacekeeping force is made up of mostly third world shit holes (Chad, Pakistan, etc) and would be totally annihilated by the armed (and likely better trained) citizenry.
If they try it, they'd be defeated fairly quickly as we can easily block whatever supply lines they try to set up. Asymetric warfare is hardly a strongpoint of a potpourri military force and a ton of those 3rd world soldiers would defect immediately to the side of the citizenry.
