Fortunately, not all areas in the country are like that but lots of suburbia is full of really childish adults.

Once Trump lands a zinger on Bined (e.g., "where's Hunter?"), then Joe says, "Donald, you are beneath the office of POTUS, and I will not debate a child." And then he exits. Biden evades the debates, and stands up to "bully Trump." Very possible
