Dont forget when he debated Paul Ryan. He was sharp and clearly had some debate skills. Its been a lifetime since then and I think he has diminished quite a bit, but he may outperform peoples low expectations.
If I remember that debate clearly, Biden interrupted Ryan constantly, laughed when Ryan answered questions, lied about his stance on multiple topics, and basically acted like a bully. I don’t recall many debate skills.
No. He can do far worse. 90 minutes under high pressure is not something he does, ever.
