Voter fraud is against the law. Requiring that poll watchers be registered in the county they work in is not and that's what I was talking about. I wasn't talking about what goes on behind closed doors. Voter fraud should obviously be stopped as often as possible.

What exactly can Barr do about this specifically? and by here I mean a law that says "poll watchers must be a registered voter from the county."? If that's is what is preventing republican poll watchers from being at the polls how does Barr change it?
