Just to clarify I am not in PA either, but FB thinks I am in CA because I never updated my profile. They were even telling me to how to register in CA a few weeks ago!
They are obviously trying to encourage fraud, literally have no connections, family or friends in PA and have never even talked about or thought about the state.
