In SC you have to vote at the precinct where you are registered to vote. They look at your ID and check your name off the list, which you sign....then you go vote at a computerized voting machine......now they started giving you a receipt after you vote which you deposit in a big bin by the door....I guess the reason being so they could check the machines against the actual votes....though I doubt anybody would do this....I'm not even sure how a person could vote on line or through the mail....it seems like the most corrupt ridiculous conceivable clown like method to me....
