I think he should've let Biden lie, and then in his response just eviscerate all of the untruths, talk about the videos / clips, etc. that prove he's lying so that the public could go watch them, and then quickly move on to his substantive plans. I think this was the worst I've seen Trump sound/look. Hillary lied constantly in 16 and Trump didn't come off like this.
