There is literally no way that guy was right wing. You can tell by the way he stopped himself from saying "abolish police" when asking if Biden supported more "community controlled law enforcement" or however he put it.
At first I thought he was coming out a bit too aggressive, speaking over Wallace.
But then I realized why he was doing that. He was literally debating Wallace too, so he might as well get what he needs to say in because Wallace tried to stop him time and time again so he could help and guide Biden to better responses
What you're seeing is how Democrats broke ALL the rules of decorum since 2016, and are now crying when Trump doesn't follow the rules for them. But the "rules" are only meant to get one up over their opponent, because no one is gonna call them out when they break the rules, but they will call Trump out over anything, everything, and nothing.
At one point, Biden called Trump a clown then pretended like he overstepped the line, but Wallace said NOTHING to him. Trump didn't once use name calling like that, even if he did interrupt. And Trump has every right to interrupt, because this is not a debate. This is just a platform Democrats are using to give the appearance of legitimacy to Biden as a candidate, and to be used to bash Trump. Biden didn't go in depth on one single policy issue, hell he barely discussed policy issues.
If Trump doesn't defend himself, they will use that to attack him as if their lies are truth. They're not debating policy issues there, but rather, each others actions. And that's the difference that gives Trump every right to interrupt. You can't just spout lies about a person, then expect them to be quiet. I personally wouldn't want a president who is just going to stand there and take it without sticking up for himself.
And if Trump won't stand up for himself, how can he stand up for us? But Trump did stand up for himself! And if Biden can't stand up for Biden, if he can't make his case as a candidate, if all he can do is stand up there and stress laugh and shrug stuff off with a hand waive, what kind of man does that make him? One that is to not be respected, that's for sure.
Biden is a joke of a candidate. Passed his prime, and even his prime was pretty weak. He didn't survive in government for 40 years because he's a masterful politician. He survived because he operated like the mafia. His entire political career is nothing more than hit jobs and deflection. When Democrats try to talk about "decorum" or "acting presidential", what they really mean is they want to give an air of untouchability to their people.
But that air of untouchability has only been one sided (if you notice, all Republican presidents are treated as morons by the media, and all Democrat presidents are treated as messiah saviors, even before Obama this was the general state of things), and its been gone since 2016. Kid gloves off. You play by Democrat rules, rules that change based on Democrat whims, you only set yourself up for failure. And Trump knows that.
After what they've done to Trump for the last 4 years, I wouldn't even fault Trump if he walked over to Biden, grabbed him by the shirt, and started backhanding him over and over in a merciless display of rage.
I think he was a little bit in STALK mode expecting Biden to be coherent enough to make a statement he could blow up. Unfortunately Biden is not capable like the debates in 2016 were. DJT is going to have to be in KiLL mode and do the heavy lifting. Like a hitter having to generate his own power against a pitcher throwing really slow.
Yeah it’s still infinitely better to come off as a dick but get your points in versus shutting up and getting run over by one of the biggest cucks in news.
Biden doubling down on renewed lockdowns may be the nail for him in at least 1 of those states. People care most about what is directly affecting them and Trump made it loud and clear open up and Biden said even more loud and clear than I expected, no, do not.
If he said CRT is anti-white;he might win voters but the media will run different lies and hitjob articles on why there is nothing called anti-white.leaving CRT answer vague is great for now;in the future,anti-white might become a more common word.
Chris Wallace asked questionable that most leftist want to hear or talk about.
Then he mumbled something about reopening schools (many are) and I was thinking, which is it Biden? Close down or open schools? He has the creepiest voice.
Certainly out of those three we would win at least one. I know of no one that voted Trump in 2016 that does not plan to vote for him again and I know more people that are now onboard the Trump Train. He should win all three, but if he only needs one I would think that should not be a problem. If he were to lose all three, definitely fraud.
Trump had them all shook. It was obvious both of them are uncomfortable with actual confrontation and have probably never been in a real fight. Trump on the other hand thrives in this space, which is why I fucking love him like a Father.
I think everyone assumes that Wallace is going to be a massive cuck. It's just that we're occasionally shocked by the unsurpassed levels of cuckery that he is able to achieve. It's like in Dragonball, when a character is on the ropes and you think they can't possibly rise up to the challenge, but then they reach deep into their soul and evolve to the next level of Super Saiyan. Chris Wallace just manages to shock us by going Super Cuck Blue God Mode Level X, when we previously thought he'd maxed out at Level IX.
The sleazy shit-weasels at ABC also obviously saturated the colors on Trump's half of the screen to make him look more orange - it's very evident since Trump & Biden were both wearing white shirts & for some reason, Trump's looked orange-tinted.
I've seen various stations do this same crap before. (Note, the GEOTUS is kinda orange IRL, b/c the glory of the sun shines from w/i him, but he's not that orange.)
Also having Christie and Giuliani for debate prep needs to be looked at. Get an actor that can mimic Biden’s syntax/lack of and identify the spots for attack. Traditional debate prep is not worthwhile this time around. DJT is a power hitter and Biden is a knuckleball pitcher. When he makes a mistake you have to make him pay and be assured he is not going to be in the strike zone much. Let DJT be DJT. Make Biden respond to him. Refute him with things on video and say “it’s on video it has 7million views now 50 million more people are going to see how dishonest you are”. There are 20 things that could be used for. Hit him where it hurts which is using the things he said/done against him. Don’t worry about the dumbass questions.
He has had his moments. He destroyed Marco. Ended his run essentially. Lawyers can talk and generally make their point. Harris will be so much better than Biden that the MSM will be talking about her until the election.
I think Christie holds my favorite 2015/16 debate moments besides the donald. Maybe kasich and constantly saying his father was a mailman as a close third.
Then he dropped out and immediately called a press conference with trump to piss off Rubio. Was that the first time we had the water bottle throwing ITS RUBIOOOOOO moment?
I so agree with you. Im so upset at how people can fall for biden's 180 year politician memorized speech. I swear those looki n the camera speech he does creeped me out. Felt like he was sniffing me.
Well if he had actually been IMPARTIAL he would’ve been able to control the situation better. Trump is a reasonable guy and he deserves respect. CW was being extremely disrespectful by constantly interrupting GEORUS when Sleepy Joe was making bogus statements.
Thought he was about to cry more than once. Especially at the end.
He ended it early after saying GEOTUS would get a response. Trump spoke facts to Biden before his turn and CW ended it right then. He cries when mad i swear.
"Chris, do you honestly presume to tell the POTUS what the American people do or don't want to hear? Are you really qualified or elected to make that statement?"
Yes. I wanted to hear it! CW should have flat out asked Biden to explain that video we all saw about firing the prosecutor. Instead, he swept it under the rug like a true and total cuck. I want to know about this quid pro quo and Hunter’s ties to Burisma and Ukraine. CW should have asked about it.
Wallace did the interrupting for Biden , if Trump interrupted Biden he stopped Trump and let Biden continue if Biden interrupted Trump he stopped Trump and let Biden continue. If Trump was in the middle of making a point that he knew Biden couldn't counter Wallace interrupted Trump and gave half of Biden's rebuttal for him and basically Biden got another two minutes afterwards. It was like watching a WWF referee
ANYBODY ELSE NOTICE HOW THEY STARTED MUTING TRUMP’S MIC AFTER THEIR FIRST EXCHANGE BTW? Also, they made Biden’s mic always louder than Trump!!!!!!!!!!! Fuck this shit! We called it!
Ya but Biden has no strength so trump literally ignores him and it makes no difference. Biden always stopped reading and responded to the interruption. Not defending wallace I'm just saying Trump has a mans strength biden does not.
Honestly, he ruined the whole thing. He lost control and he was complete crap at allowing rebuttals or follow-up questions. Looked completely unprepared. When Trump caught Biden in obvious lies or at least spreading misinformation he would just let Biden carry on instead of setting the record straight. He never would take rebuttals from either of the two and frame them into new questions to the other.
Also, the whole format was screwy (and was terrible to begin with since there was no set rebuttal time) where sometimes a guy would get a 2 minute question, but not the other and then sometimes there was "open discussion" but not others. Complete mess.
He was protecting Biden to the max to ensure he never went off script because when Biden did go off script you got stuff like "Antifa is an idea" and him calling Trump a clown.
They need to stop doing debates with these stupid fluff-style puff piece prompt questions and instead keep it more general. "President Trump, what would be your plan going forward on COVID? Ok, Joe Biden, your response." If the candidate chooses to respond with a campaign speech rather than call out their opponent, that's their choice. But if the two opponents seem willing to duke it out with one another and call each other on facts and achievements, then that's the way the debate should be allowed to go.
The way this debate was structured left no room for rebuttal. It was just "here's your two minutes to answer the question. Now moving onto the next segment." People like Biden can look good in these debates because they can just ramble out 20 lies in their 2 minutes and then the other party can never respond.
And I don't want to hear shit like Wallace tried to say where "Trump agreed to the format." The candidates don't really get a choice. Its either agree to the format or don't debate. Plus debates in the past have rarely ever stuck to their original formats. For godsakes moderators, you're there to plant topics of debate and make sure the candidates don't veer wildly off subject. You're not there to write a narrative of each candidates position or convince the American people that one side or the other is right. These MSM hacks get too power hungry with the little control they have over these things and take it way overboard.
In a way I get why they choose news tv hosts to do these since their programs typically have short debates... but many of these guys suck. It'd be like Hannity being a moderator, it'd be a disaster, he'd be interrupting more than anyone else. Trying to tell me they can't find some national debate tournament moderators somewhere to do this?
Yep. I don't understand why he didn't allow a rebuttal. That's debating 101. Ask person A a question about person B. Once Person A finished, person B gets a chance to respond if desired to what person A said before the next question.
Used his brain cancer son for points. FUCK HIM. I don’t give a fuck about Biden’s pain. He would use that for a political win? He didn’t feel shit for his son. He was just another pawn to use for personal power. Fucking scum. Too bad he didn’t die from it and his son live.
This is what's retarded. All of the stuff Trump has done and they didn't even scratch the surface. Wheres the stats, the peace negotiations. My goodness it was a horrible debate.
Yeah, for some reason Wallace thought a misquote smear from 2017 was a more important question than anything about foreign policy, for which Trump excels.
For some reason? That reason is that it was the most effective anti-trump smear they ever used. They're losing black votes like crazy. They have to do something.
Trump should have thrown in a "such a dishonest question" for that one. I couldn't believe they asked that because Trump has been clear about what he said, and explained it hundreds of times. Disgraceful, both Wallace and Biden.
Didn't even touch foreign policy. They couldn't aside from the Paris Accord because Trump BRINGING PEACE TO THE MIDDLE EAST doesn't help Biden, which is what Wallace was clearly there to do
you are so wrong...the white supremicist question was a “gotcha” question, have you not seen a single press briefing in the last 3 years? he never answers “gotcha” questions nor should he. if he answers the way they want they call him a racist, if he doesn't answer they call him a racist, its a no win scenario. he's better off just taking the time to get in some other talking points
He should have let Biden hang himself a bit more. Joe had no specifics at all. I'd like to see Trump let Joe make more of a fool of himself. The comment that Trump made about support of the military and police while Joe had none "name one, I'll wait" was perfect. More of that!
tbh i am wondering what you all think about how trump seemed to ignore kamala harris being a cop. maybe it was smart to heavily imply joe doesnt care for law and order, but i was also wondering if he was gonna exploit the fact that the radical left hates cops and yet biden picked one as vp.
“And remember Joe. There are no wrong answers here. Mine just happens to be pink because I’m a commie faggot. But you go ahead and pick whatever color you like!”
Trump should let Biden just fall apart. He doesn't need to interrupt, even though I can jnderstand the temptation when some braindead retard lies about you.
I can understand the pros and cons of the strategy.
Joe was more prone to making blunders when he speaks and when he has his guard down. He made a mistake when he said he does not support the green new deal. Trump interrupted a bit too much at times, giving Chris the justification to "move on" and let Joe off the hook.
However, at the same time, Joe spews outright lies left and right. The moderator and definitely not the media will not challenge his statements. So no choice, but for Trump to do it himself.
His strategy was to throw Biden off, but I don't think it worked. Biden is losing it, but he hasn't lost it. Trump needed better responses on CRT, on antifa, and the economy. And peace! He didn't even mention the peace deals! Or the destruction of isis.
Poorer, sicker, and more divided was a good jab, and Trump didn't have the counter I would have liked to see. I don't want to armchair quarterback, but I'm not going to pretend he did as good as I hoped.
Wallace was well prepared. Had lots of solid anti-Trump talking points. That biden guy got a few words in... kinda took away from the wallace message though. Was a bit distracting.
He is toying with him, he wants this to be painful for Biden and the left. He has 2 more to go, by then, the man will be a blubbering puddle. He went easy on hillary on the first debate if anyone recalls, lots of debbie downers then. No worries, can't stump the trump.
Fox has had him behind Biden for weeks and weeks, even when Biden and the left were being the highest peak of retards they could. Same story in 2016 with Hillary, news would be a Fox poll showing him ahead.
He has condemned white supremacy countless times. Even in the "fine people" bullshit that Wallace mentioned Trump condemned white supremacy literally in that same sentence. But they had to say something to keep the talk off of their precious pantifa.
he has on other occasions too. He should take pointed it back to Biden and asked him to denounce white supremacy, like the endorsement from that Spencer guy and also the pictures of his hand holding the one Klan member (Byrd?) at the other Klan member's funeral.
I hated how Wallace pretended to be impartial while promulgating Charlottesville hoax and not even calling out Joe Biden's lies about Hunter Biden and remarks about military. It's on the video for crying out loud.
What about Bribing Ukraine to fire their chief prosecutor and bragging about it on video, then trying to impeach POTUS, all while Covid sweeps the planet and Trump is the only one closing any borders down to stop it - they're screaming at his for being a racist and it's been non-stop obstruction before during and since it started
He was never gonna get a response. Wallace would just interrupt or save him. Or did you miss the part where Wallace literally read Joe Biden his own energy plan when he forgot?
Or saved him with naming an LEO that supports him by moving on to another question?
I saw a President who was disgusted and angry over the entire disgraceful shitshow of a debate - a president who KNOWS how much is at stake here and actually gives a whole hell of a lot of fucks about it.
And I saw a smirking, laughing, rude little bitch named Biden who doesn't give a good goddam about his own country because he sold it out to the Chinese and the Globalists long ago.
This is the only thing that might be an Achilles Heel for Trump: The Art of the Deal emphasizes over and over that you must be willing to walk away from any deal. You can care, but not too much.
But this is one deal that Trump is not willing to walk away from: Saving the USA and her people from the scum of the earth.
That's what I saw tonight. The line has been drawn here. And we've all got to help our President hold that line because he will not walk away from this one, and that leaves him vulnerable.
I'm glad Trump couldn't shut up, he did the same with Ol' Hillary. He gets more out and Biden is left waiting for his turn which will never come because he is beta af and has nothing coherent to say anyway.
I only noticed one moment where Trump was on camera speaking and his microphone didn't pick it up (meaning someone had been turning his mic on/off) Half of his zingers probably never got heard by anyone outside the front row.
Did you notice immediately after the debate the OAN anchor calling Wallace a disgrace? I wish I could find the video of it. Actually first he threw a box of Kleenex on the desk and offered it to Wallace to wipe his nose off from kissing Biden's ass.
Missed that. Infowars is doing a solid post analysis of the whole thing. They are all over Wallace, but also getting some good information out to Trump on what could be improved.
To those that thing Trump didn't win the debate, you are right. Because this wasn't a debate. You can't debate a guy that takes turns (1) lying, (2) reading talking points like this is a speech, and (3) completely ignoring whatever the point happens to be.
These debates were never going to be policy vs policy because Biden would not let them be. His entire strategy is "I'm not Trump".
So while Trump didn't win the debate, he WON THE FIGHT. Because Trump was able to reveal Biden as a temperamental asshole. Will you shut up man, clown, racist. Nobody on a Presidential debate stage (including Trump himself) has gotten that personal or used such language.
Why do you think there are so many people on social media saying "they both lost today". I guarantee you a lot of people are turned off by Biden tonight. They wanted a guy that was going to be "presidential", not a guy that was going to out-Trump Trump and tell the POTUS to shut up. Cause otherwise, why exactly are they voting for Biden then?
I think that was the strategy. I know Trump was intentionally being very aggressive, but I've been trying to figure out what the play was with it. I think part of the strategy was to get under Biden's skin and make him totally lose it, complete sensory overload. Which seems to have somewhat worked, though not as spectacularly as I hoped. Trump knew Biden would be drugged up like hell so I bet he knew Biden wasn't gonna have a total brain meltdown, but he still calculated each possibility and saw that if he could get Biden to snap even a little bit, it would be the best possible outcome (considering if he played it nice and didn't interrupt, Biden would just spew out his lying rehearsed crap that sounds good to normies but has no backing, and in turn, Trump would just get continually cut off and manipulated into tough positions by the moderator)
I think Trump did spectacularly succeed in getting under Biden's skin. The guy was never going to physically assault Trump or cuss.
But short of that, I'm not sure how much more reaction he could have elicited from Biden. The guy literally told the POTUS "will you shut up man". Then called him a clown and a racist.
These debates are never policy vs policy because that's just a stalemate and the people that actually care about that kind of thing already have picked their man.
I was hoping for more dementia Biden with the dog faced pony soldier and look fat and that kinda ranting. Honestly went into the debate expecting to laugh a lot. Instead I'm just frustrated, tired and feel like I wasted my time watching a 2v1.
Again Trump definitely knew there would be no dog faced pony soldier stuff since he knew Biden would be drugged up. He knew. So I think Trump probably played extra aggro to get some things out of Biden, which worked. He basically pulled a "quiet" and "low energy" Jeb! meme with Biden when he called out Biden on being a terrible student, interjected that Biden was number 2, that stuff.
"That's not true! That's not true! Like a lot of Americans my son did have a drug problem"
I LOVED how Biden quickly responded to his earpiece prompters to not deny Hunter's proven Dishonorable Discharge and to lean into it instead. Look at how rapid that gear change was!
I thought Trump did fine. I see a lot of weenies whining right now about how Trump was so unprofessional and unpresidential by continually interrupting Biden.
Remember the 1st debate vs. Clinton in 2016? Trump tried to act Presidential and sat back while the rigged moderator assassinated his character?
I was fucking furious that Trump didn't go after the asshole moderator (I can't remember who it was) and Clinton much harder.
I want a guy that it's in the game and plays to win. Trump was amped up tonight. He wants to win bad, and it showed.
I have no problem with Trump going directly at Biden and interrupting. Fuck "being Presidential".
Too many concern trolls. Happened last year [correction: time], especially after the first debate. It was the second debate that Trump said the infamous line, cuz you'd be in jail. That's why I'm not worried. Trump did fine, Biden was given the answers beforehand, and Chris Wallace is a complete hack of a debate moderator and should honestly be hanged in the streets
One of my decent intelligent friends said they never picked up on any of Biden’s lies. Guess he’s not as smart as I thought. Biden lied on about every topic tonight.
2 based lawyers - drinking whisky. Total entertainment (one just ran off to pee - oh he's back).
Runner up - I peeked into PaulyFrog 64 - but 2 lawyers beat it to hell, although PF64 had a slower livechat and host comments going outside 'superchats' talking to his audience - 2 strokes for different folks. Looks like Nick is going to do it again. If he does one for election night with all his (based guests) Drex from MN, Peacock from CA, Ty from TX - and I'm forgetting one in TN or FL (they're all hyper based lawyers except based black Drex, who is a childhood friend of Nick) ... It'd be orgasmic.
While Trump might have overstretched too much and got a little too off topic, Biden, while not a dribbling wreck to the little credit I'll give him, was too passive. If only Wallace wasn't there, Trump would easily steamcurb Biden.
Honestly the whole thing was super cringy... I hate that word but it's the most accurate one. I hope the next one is more substance. There is so much substance to talk about it' a shame it didn't get more air time.
I think fence sitters were very turned off by both candidates unfortunately.
I think Trump was speaking to us tonight and doing his best to make Joe go berserk. I think he will tone it down and go for more undecided voter selling points next debate.
The problem is he doesn't need to talk to us, we are decided. He needed to talk to the moderates. I fear this was such a shit show they won't bother watching the rest of the debates. Even my conservative friends thought it was a hot mess.
Agreed. I think they were anticipating Joe would collapse like we've seen him do in the dozens of clips of him. But Biden was able to hold it together, even though he had help from Wallace. Now I hope Trump gets a little better prep and strategy going into the other debates.
Serious question - Do you think there are actually still fence sitters out there at this point? I doubt any Leftists are going to suddenly switch sides from the debates, and I think most people supporting Trump are definitely not going to suddenly go to Biden. I even think there are people who don't really like Trump much but realize that what he stands for is far better than the alternative.
But are there people out there who legitimately don't know who they want at this point?
I think the big moment for me was when he was on a roll with "We've got it all on tape." That's like the "You'd be in jail" line of this debate for me.
Imagine 2 grandpas entering the colosseum armed with a walking stick, trying to take down a lion.
Sure you could say you don't like the grandpas, or that they're dumb as bricks for doing so. But they're so pathetic you can't help but to feel kinda sorry for them as they're being mauled.
People are choosing a President here. They will go with the aggressor over the hapless, weak victim every time. Biden could not stand up to Trump. He exuded weakness. This was a landslide win for Trump.
Anybody of the concern trolls who says they are disappointed in how trump performed today clearly did not watch or doesnt remember the 2016 debates. His delivery was identical to the debates against Hillary, who was unquestionably a much stronger opponent, which was widely declared as some of the best work. He’s not an eloquent speaker, this is nothing new, but his presence and knowledge base and instant responses are incredible. He had to come out of the gate swinging and like last time will shift his approach towards a statelier dynamic over the next couple
Joe, weak as he is, can hang on. He was about to crack when Trump pressed him about Hunter. But Wallace steps in to save Joe. You can expect other moderators to do the same, for sure.
On this first debate, Trump gave the "rattle Joe" approach a shot. I wonder if next debate Trump will ease of the gas pedal and hope Joe becomes overconfident and commits gaffes.
What we watched was not a debate. A debate gives each side a fixed length of time to make a point, and then gives the other side a fixed length of time to rebut. This was nothing but a bunch of two minute speeches. This was designed to allow Biden to make memorized speeches and not be challenged on his talking points. I don't believe we've ever had a Presidential non-debate before.
Joe just looked really really old. I can’t believe there’s only a 4 year age difference there. You’d think it was 20. Also I fucking hate joes “I care about the little people” voice
To be honest, no I didn't enjoy it. The only thing I despise more than lieing is treason. Biden stood on stage and lied multiple times and when Trump tried to call him out he was stopped by Wallace.
Trump was brilliant, the entire "debate" was just an orchestrated take-down attempt. Wallace and the Biden camp were obviously colluding, taking cheap shots and referencing known lies. Trump did the right thing, he almost never defended himself (as they wanted him, defending yourself looks weak) and immediately went on the offensive every step of the way. There was no honest attempt at a sincere debate of the issues, all of Bidens statements were canned, scripted campaign pitches. Wallace carried Biden through the entire debate.
Trump was on point about so many issues, drug prices, antifa, environmental policy, forest management, and so much more.
The icing on the cake tho was Trump telling the Proud Boys to stand by, they should not have goaded Trump like that, I almost thought they had him but that statement was brilliant and he recovered masterfully.
Worringly, BOTH of them played along with the Covid scam--that there was 200k deaths when in reality the CDC owned up and said only 6pc were DIRECTLY from Covid (i.e 12k). Then the CDC released figures showing the death rate, if y get infected, is only 1:2000 if yr over 70...about 1:150,000 for those aged betyween 20 and 50...and about 1:10,000,000 if yr under 20. Overall its arguably safer THAN THE NORMAL FLU. So its a scam. And this scam has been used to set up the mail-in voting frauds to STEAL the election from Trump, and America.
The only other observation...Trump easily won the debate and handled both Wallace and Biden; some brilliant smackdowns...BUT whenevr Joe was making a mistake, all set to forget his train of thought, Trump would jump in and inadvertently SAVE HIM. Remember...NEVER interrupt yr enemy when they're making a mistake.
Yeah I didnt like that either; Im not sure if Trump is just playing along because he kind of has to or what. I mean if he comes out and says its fake as fuck he will be utterly crucified on mass media.
Wallace was pathetic. He even sound like a cuck when trying to calm down Trump.
Trump established dominance over both Biden and Wallace in the first few minutes of the debate. Wallace was on tilt the whole rest of the debate.
Wallace's voice was trembling at many points throughout the debate.
What a fucking pussy.
You know the far right faux news outlet; pushing CRT, Charlottesville Fine People Hoax, and Covid/Climate Religion.
I thought trump was better in his attacks the second half
It didnt feel like a debate. It felt more like a fucking zoom call.
They should really have crowd in there otherwise its gonna suck.
Imagine the crowd laughing a full 4 seconds after digesting Trump telling Biden "you are Number 2"... thats priceless.
OTOH a shit show where the moderator tries to play participant? Fuck off
Trust God.
I actually liked Cw before this debate but DAMN WTF were those questions.
He was calling Trump supporters white supremacists. As an Asian American I take offense to that!
I know who would want to be white (I took CRT so check mate drumphtards) /s
Racist as hail 🤣
Yeah I guess I wasn't paying enough attention. This was a wakeup call to say the least
According to Bret Bair he is the greatest moderator of all time.
You liked a bipartisan FOX news host? It's no secret he's a democrat.
There is literally no way that guy was right wing. You can tell by the way he stopped himself from saying "abolish police" when asking if Biden supported more "community controlled law enforcement" or however he put it.
Biden made an indirect statement. He was like our police suffer from few bad apples and then goes on to claim systemic racism. Which is it Joe?
He also lied about the numbers again.
He said 2 million black people will die of covid! Why do people let him get away with these terrible lies.
There isn’t 1 in 500 Americans dying of covid!
yeah that infuriated me!
He would say something, then argue the exact same opposite point or use it as an attack when he agreed with the position only 2-3mins prior
Its ALL talking points, its ALL ideology. There is ZERO principled positions on anything, its say anything, do anything, to get power.
He always does this. It’s ridiculous these numbers he pulls out of his ass
C’mon man, I started my Senate career 180 years ago! Over 200 million people have died from CO—oh you know the thing!
I think it’s time to break out premiere and do a Biden math clip show... with the actual numbers.
It's no secret Wallace is a lefty, wake up--stop watching his sunday show.
I literally never said he wasn't a lefty, and I promise you I don't watch any garbage cable news. Haven't since the Obama administration.
"There is literally no way that guy was right wing." The height of redundancy.
Well Wallace is a Democrat so you might as well the debates are moderated by three shills
Fox News is going to be lucky to survive into the next presidential term. News Max or OAN will gladly take it's place for conservative news sources,
I had on Fox, but as soon as I saw Donna Brazile in all her corrective makeup glory, I switched over to OAN.
Trump knows how to handle leftists shills, just look how he handled Jim acosta
Yeah I thought he sounded shook.
No
Keemstar kek. Still a better journalist than anyone in msm
I noticed it was trembling when he introduced himself. It continued from thereafter
Agreed, I saw that too and wondered what was up.
The controllers of America control him too, is why.
We're talking about the real owners now.
At first I thought he was coming out a bit too aggressive, speaking over Wallace.
But then I realized why he was doing that. He was literally debating Wallace too, so he might as well get what he needs to say in because Wallace tried to stop him time and time again so he could help and guide Biden to better responses
Well, Wallace started out the night with an outrageous lie: "I'm not here to be a fact checker."
Then throughout the entire debate all he did was (erroneously) "fact check" the President.
He's completely sleazy, with NO redeeming qualities whatsoever. An absolute commie hack.
Wallace kept bringing up racism as if trying to get a 'gotcha' from GEOTUS, but GEOTUS didn't fall for it!
Very well stated!
He also didnt ask trump questions, just made statements, and whn trump was making his point he would move to another subject
Wallace’s hands kept trembling.
He's probably on coke just like the rest of them. Fits right in with the degenerates he runs with.
He kept looking back too on the RSBN feed. Like "overlords, notice me senpai"
We will win them all!!
Except Joe
Then he mumbled something about reopening schools (many are) and I was thinking, which is it Biden? Close down or open schools? He has the creepiest voice.
How about all 3?
3 SCOTUS picks! 3 Nobel Prize Nominations! 3 key states!
Trump can do it!
We will take all 3 again and if not it's prob fraud.
ALL Three coming up.
Trump had them all shook. It was obvious both of them are uncomfortable with actual confrontation and have probably never been in a real fight. Trump on the other hand thrives in this space, which is why I fucking love him like a Father.
He’s like my father. He takes no shit.
Hockey Mom- The highest order of Motherhood! Thank you for your service.
It had Trump 2020 in Fireworks for godsakes
I fuckin lol'd.
Lol DRAAAGON SOULLL OULLL.
Wallace was literally making unsubstantiated accusations & trying to excuse it as a "question"
Introduced Trump as “republican nominee, Biden as Vice President” It didn’t get any better after that
The sleazy shit-weasels at ABC also obviously saturated the colors on Trump's half of the screen to make him look more orange - it's very evident since Trump & Biden were both wearing white shirts & for some reason, Trump's looked orange-tinted.
I’m still crying at Christie’s fat ass leaning over that end podium absolutely eating lil Marco alive. Pun intended
Christie released a top 10 all-time MOAB on his way out of elected politics.
I felt like Trump was speaking in rally mode vs. debate mode. He needs to get sharper with cutting lines.
For those that don’t know - surprise - he is a registered democrat
You're winner
I’ve seen him on fox for years and he’s never sounded this nervous.
He looked like he wanted to just snap at them and leave
He tried desperately to try and remain somewhat professional and couldn’t do it
I don’t think many people could
I would have walked out.
Well if he had actually been IMPARTIAL he would’ve been able to control the situation better. Trump is a reasonable guy and he deserves respect. CW was being extremely disrespectful by constantly interrupting GEORUS when Sleepy Joe was making bogus statements.
Agreed. I thought the whole thing was disgusting. I personally don’t think it painted any of them in a good color. Waste of time.
I think Chris realized that he had lost control of the debate!
If trump were yelling at me like that i'd get nervous too lol
judging by that name I'd expect protruding nipples no doubt.
Nipples protruding on the debate stage, very disrespectful.
Thought he was about to cry more than once. Especially at the end.
He ended it early after saying GEOTUS would get a response. Trump spoke facts to Biden before his turn and CW ended it right then. He cries when mad i swear.
Soros and Hunter Biden bribed him. I'd be nervous too.
Hillary Clinton was at his house, meth sweats and dark bags under her eyes, a .38 snubnose pointed at the family dog
He let Biden try to interrupt Trump nonstop but not vice versa!!!!!!!!!!
I predicted Wallace wouldn’t let Trump confront Biden on Hunter either......
Dude reading your comment and thinking about this shit makes me so livid.... god!!!!!!!!! Fuck this!!!!!!!!
I would've been like "nice gatekeeping you little twat".
"Chris, do you honestly presume to tell the POTUS what the American people do or don't want to hear? Are you really qualified or elected to make that statement?"
Done.
You're like Nostrildumas! I mean NOBODY saw that coming!
This is the most accurate description.
Yep.
As soon as Antifa was mentioned Wallace interrupted and changed the subject.
Biden said “Antifa is an Idea”. Oh really?! Do ideas have mug shots? Do ideas train in Syria?
What did Hunter know about Hillary Clinton?!
Beau*
Used his brain cancer son for points. FUCK HIM. I don’t give a fuck about Biden’s pain. He would use that for a political win? He didn’t feel shit for his son. He was just another pawn to use for personal power. Fucking scum. Too bad he didn’t die from it and his son live.
Beau died of brain cancer in 2015. Joe likes to infer that he died in Iraq.
Dementia makes it difficult for him to remember how it happened
Yep. Joe kept trying to hide behind Beau. It keeps me from feeling guilty about my user name.
lmao
He does that all the time because he can use it as a forcefield to protect him from tough questions on serious issues:
All he has to do is evoke his dead son’s name and everyone stops dead in their tracks.
Trump didn't have to win the debate tonight, he's got 4 years of policy to stand on. He just had to make sure Biden didn't win it. Which he did.
good point
Tell the low energy concern trolls.
Indeed.
Trump should have thrown in a "such a dishonest question" for that one. I couldn't believe they asked that because Trump has been clear about what he said, and explained it hundreds of times. Disgraceful, both Wallace and Biden.
WHAT ABOUT CHARLOTTESVILLE?
He gave it to him pretty good though. Biden didn't like that at all.
tbh i am wondering what you all think about how trump seemed to ignore kamala harris being a cop. maybe it was smart to heavily imply joe doesnt care for law and order, but i was also wondering if he was gonna exploit the fact that the radical left hates cops and yet biden picked one as vp.
Best point I’ve read.
Exactly, he’s already taken the hill. He just needed to hold it, and that he did, he protected it like a motherfucker.
MR MR MR PRES...MR PRESI.... MR PRESIDENT! Ok, now Joe, what's your favorite color?
“And remember Joe. There are no wrong answers here. Mine just happens to be pink because I’m a commie faggot. But you go ahead and pick whatever color you like!”
Fox News is controlled opposition.
Trump should let Biden just fall apart. He doesn't need to interrupt, even though I can jnderstand the temptation when some braindead retard lies about you.
Passion doesn't wait..this isn't a debate, it's freedom vs tyranny no holds barred
Nah, his strategy was good. Biden essentially lost his temper several times.
I don't want to armchair quarterback, but I'm not going to pretend he did as good as I hoped.
yup, i watched w some friends who arent even very political and they were shouting "talk about peace in the middle east!!"
I was like umm dude... People on the left are shaking their heads, if you thought that went well, I got a plane to sell you
Why stop at a plane? I've got a recreational nuke to sell too!
I got some cash value life insurance to sell with this guy's plane.
And ive got some ocean front property in Arizona.
Lakefront in the Atacama
They literally believe global warming is gonna lead to that, while their hero’s buy up beachfront property.
Does c-span get a lot of trolls? Because there are a ton of people saying it hurt Trump calling in
Speaking of, anyone else catch the people yelling pro Trump shit before they cut?
I'm still waiting to hear what police org supports Biden.
Maybe CHAZ security?
Deep state and all the alphabet agencies. But he couldn’t say that.
Federal Bureau of Pussy Hats
The question was law enforcement those agencies stopped enforcing the law long ago
Trump: 'Name 1"
Biden: "Folks...folks...folks...folks"
Chris: "Alright gentlemen I'm going to take back the moderator role and I want to get to another subject"
Liberal political-appointee police chiefs in burning Democrat cities. Not any rank-and-file police org.
I wasn't fond of the old man off on the side that kept interrupting them.
What button? Where am I? Who took my false teeth?!
Wallace was well prepared. Had lots of solid anti-Trump talking points. That biden guy got a few words in... kinda took away from the wallace message though. Was a bit distracting.
You're right, many will vote Wallace due to the way he challenged Trump. Looking forward to hearing Wallace's plan for healthcare and the environment.
Why didn't he talk about immigration?
Yup. "Joe, you promised to provide tax payer funded medical care to anyone in our Country illegally. Do you stand by that promise, and why?"
did wallace say that.i didnt hear it.
No. It's what I think he should have asked. I should have been more clear.
No worries.I am happy that Trump didn't disavow the white supremacist when they asked him. They were looking for a way to put Trump into a corner.
The whole night was an attack on Trump. Every one of the questions was from the Left's handbook.
yeah
This was his first rodeo number one and number two why do we even have debates we should be friends, c'mon man
Someone had to debate the president for the last 45 minutes or so.
"Mr. President" "Mr. President" "Mr. President" "Mr. President" "Mr. President" "Mr. President" "Mr. President" "Mr. President"
All I saw was a graphic beatdown that was a long time coming. Trump went alpha because he knows Joe is guilty as fuck and it won't matter soon.
He is toying with him, he wants this to be painful for Biden and the left. He has 2 more to go, by then, the man will be a blubbering puddle. He went easy on hillary on the first debate if anyone recalls, lots of debbie downers then. No worries, can't stump the trump.
Yes. If he goes too hard the first debates, then they might back out of the additional debates. Ease in. Save the best for that final debate.
It was 2 against 1 and Trump did pretty damn good. 87%
Thank you pede. Uptrump this to the top
THIS NEEDS A STICKY! Trump is rocking it! Keep it going!
Tim Pool's poll - 107k votes, 92% "Asshole Loudmouth TV Star" vs. 8% "Senile Crackpot Crony" lmao
Twitter isn't real life. Who cares...
Fox has had him behind Biden for weeks and weeks, even when Biden and the left were being the highest peak of retards they could. Same story in 2016 with Hillary, news would be a Fox poll showing him ahead.
cuckboy wallace
Yeah, but that should make it a softball question
He has condemned white supremacy countless times. Even in the "fine people" bullshit that Wallace mentioned Trump condemned white supremacy literally in that same sentence. But they had to say something to keep the talk off of their precious pantifa.
I was hoping Trump would say "Why don't you ask him to denounce Antifa?"
he has on other occasions too.
I'm pretty disappointed in trumps ability to nail down a point and get a response.
He was never gonna get a response. Wallace would just interrupt or save him. Or did you miss the part where Wallace literally read Joe Biden his own energy plan when he forgot?
Or saved him with naming an LEO that supports him by moving on to another question?
Wallace wouldnt allow it.
Wallace cut trump off numerous times
He didn't have the opportunity. Wallace either interrupted or changed the subject everytime Trump was making a good point about something.
Against which opponent
The insincerity is what gets people. It's similar to the fake Hillary cackle.
I'm glad Trump couldn't shut up, he did the same with Ol' Hillary. He gets more out and Biden is left waiting for his turn which will never come because he is beta af and has nothing coherent to say anyway.
Being a leftist means playing politics on easy mode.
We let the left take all the positions of cultural influence, and we are paying the price for it
That and the “dont use the word smart” were great
Yes! I could picture the memes being drafted immediately after he said that.
That was my favorite.
I only noticed one moment where Trump was on camera speaking and his microphone didn't pick it up (meaning someone had been turning his mic on/off) Half of his zingers probably never got heard by anyone outside the front row.
What?? Did they really???
I was watching Fox News live online and I saw it. Although I did notice there were two Fox feeds.
That's why I watched it on OANN.
It was quite striking. If I find a clip of it I will post.
And Wallace said before the debate, "You know I have done a good job when after the debate you ask yourself..."Who was the moderator?""
Chris Wallace is the Joe West of moderators.
A bit wild. The part where he dethroned Jim Leher was the cool part.
Could see this coming a mile away after that August interview. Now fox will spend days covering for him.
Debates don't really matter. Everyone by now knows who they are voting for.
Where's Hunter? John was probably screaming in his earpiece to calm TF down Joe. Yes I enjoyed watching him squirm. Wallace was a terrible mod
I liked how Trump responded to Biden when Joe used his dead veteran son as a prop to spread the "Solders are losers" lie.
Lester Holt.
Trump could have done better
Biden lied through his teeth the entire time
Wallace acted like a mega cunt on National TV
There are litterally no winners.
One of my decent intelligent friends said they never picked up on any of Biden’s lies. Guess he’s not as smart as I thought. Biden lied on about every topic tonight.
The word is Insolent.
Chris Wallace is Insolent.
Only because I watched it here : https://youtu.be/BbVZzn0x8DA
Biden did shout 'Shut up', which Wallace let slide because he's a cunt, so Biden was on the verge of losing his shit for sure.
I like how Trump switched Biden's anger about Bo Biden right to confusion and then Anger about bringing up Hunter.. it totally threw him off.
You mean his scripted speech about Beau Biden? Don't sugar coat it, Joe was trying to stand on his dead child to get political points.
I just wrote into the campaign to give feedback and suggestions on how it came across. You should too, it can only help them for the next debate.
Link to write feedback?
Serious question - Do you think there are actually still fence sitters out there at this point? I doubt any Leftists are going to suddenly switch sides from the debates, and I think most people supporting Trump are definitely not going to suddenly go to Biden. I even think there are people who don't really like Trump much but realize that what he stands for is far better than the alternative.
But are there people out there who legitimately don't know who they want at this point?
I think the big moment for me was when he was on a roll with "We've got it all on tape." That's like the "You'd be in jail" line of this debate for me.
Biden was reading straight from a script at the end. Just head straight down reading verbatim
Quite messy ngl. I fear Tim Pool might be correct in "Biden is so weak, Trump would be seen as a bully if he goes hard on him as he did to Hillary."
How do you go too hard in a 2 on 1 fight?
Imagine 2 grandpas entering the colosseum armed with a walking stick, trying to take down a lion. Sure you could say you don't like the grandpas, or that they're dumb as bricks for doing so. But they're so pathetic you can't help but to feel kinda sorry for them as they're being mauled.
People are choosing a President here. They will go with the aggressor over the hapless, weak victim every time. Biden could not stand up to Trump. He exuded weakness. This was a landslide win for Trump.
I sure hope so. Trump is a proud lion, but the dems are crying hyenas, they're deceitfully sympathetic.
I remember 2016. Trump is actually much more confident sounding now. And he is actually pointing to a real record.
Wallace: Do you support climate change mr president?
Trump: What?
Wallace: That's what I thought. Mr Joe Biden, what color is the podium?
Biden: Look man, I just work here, next question.
Wallace: So brave.
What I learned from tonight..
Wallace made points for Biden. He actively debated President Trump.
Joe just looked really really old. I can’t believe there’s only a 4 year age difference there. You’d think it was 20. Also I fucking hate joes “I care about the little people” voice
To be honest, no I didn't enjoy it. The only thing I despise more than lieing is treason. Biden stood on stage and lied multiple times and when Trump tried to call him out he was stopped by Wallace.
lol at multiple times Trump made the rules
Spot on. I think he'll correct it next debate.
Yeah I didnt like that either; Im not sure if Trump is just playing along because he kind of has to or what. I mean if he comes out and says its fake as fuck he will be utterly crucified on mass media.
