Is that hyperbole? Nobody is calling for violence. Biden denounced radicals and supported increased funding for police. If that's his platform its possible to unite on bolstering policing. Their hatred of the right is self referential, but it's not advocating for extermination. If we unite on issues like police, that whole mindset blows up and partisan voters are suddenly up in the air.

I think you are very naiive about the other side. You're talking about people who joke about hoping all Trump supporters die of the China virus.

Do the violent looters and rioters and murderers look like they could unite with us over issues like police?

The sides aren't coming together. The moderates are being pushed toward Trump.

The democrats will follow their leader. If it was bernie sanders they would go full antifa because it's better than trump, but biden is giving them cover to have wider opinions. I read about many dems who hate the looters, want more policing, and want police reform in tandem. They are malleable because of the cover so I do think its possible to get behind issues like that. If Trump took advantage of that cover we could be more united but he spent the debate lumping antifa in with the moderate left

If Trump took advantage of that cover we could be more united but I can't think of a single issue anymore where Trump intersects.

This is exactly backwards. Trump's agenda appeals to both sides of the aisle, that's why he's popular.

Sorry I edited before you replied. I took that back because I thought of at least one issue I think both sides agree: China. But that's about it. What are some domestic agenda items trump has done that appeals to the moderate left?
