Yes, he can still be addressed as VP. Former presidents are still called President. Technically they should be called by whatever highest title they held before being president (like Governor), but I still hear W Bush being called President, same with Obama, same with Carter for decades after he left the Presidency.
OK, so I posted a link to a gov website which states that formally you call them honorable, and informally you call them the title. So a presidential debate is an informal function? If you guys can post some GOOD sources that say you FORMALLY call them the title then I will accept this answer. REEEEEE
