Yes, he can still be addressed as VP. Former presidents are still called President. Technically they should be called by whatever highest title they held before being president (like Governor), but I still hear W Bush being called President, same with Obama, same with Carter for decades after he left the Presidency.

You actually do hold such titles for life. Speaker Gingrich, President Bush, Secretary Clinton and so on.

They call em that. They called Romney Mr Governer at the 2012 debates even though he was out of office .

OK, so I posted a link to a gov website which states that formally you call them honorable, and informally you call them the title. So a presidential debate is an informal function? If you guys can post some GOOD sources that say you FORMALLY call them the title then I will accept this answer. REEEEEE
