Same with my wife’s family (they are from Mexico). Both her and I have been slowing dropping the red pills and they are all aboard the Trump Train now.
I come from a mixed Irish Catholic/WASPy Methodist family, and I have a gut instinct that if my mom were alive today, she would have voted for Trump at some point. Alas, unfortunately, she's going to be a vote I'm going to have to cancel out.

Religion is big for Mexicans. It’s the only reason I got my very Catholic mom on the Trump train.
