Its the sad reality we have to deal with and until we find to train doctors as easily as we train fry cooks

Not fry cooks, but technicians. Because that's the sort of work all but the most specialist doctors do. It should be a 4 year degree with 2 of that being largely practical, the medical system we have is ridiculous and profiteering-oriented on every level.
