I thought it was me but I heard interference like the type you would hear if you held an old cell phone to a speaker. After he would get done speaking you can hear a sharp ringing. It was on the C-SPAN stream so nothing was filtered. I thought it was my ears ringing but it happened a lot through out the night like he was being fed lines
