It is implied that Trump will be relying upon them at some point if shit does hit the fan.

"We disavow white supremacists." (simply so he can't be misquoted or claimed he didn't disavow)
"Will you disavow Antifa and Marxist Race Theory? Will you disavow Socialism?"
