Just throwing it out there again that Hunter Biden slept with his dead-from-cancer everyone-acts-like-he-was-a-hero brothers wife, and that she literally has a son named Hunter, that "predates" that relationship. So it's either foreshadowing, or unbelievably, even more fucked up than just banging your dead brothers wife.
