Good morning patriots
Hope everyone slept well after the president and Chris Wallace debated about the issues last night.
We've had some great threads and comments about what happened last night. Now that you've had time to digest it we'd like to give you the opportunity to seriously discuss any questions, issues, or anything that happened.
Top level comments should be only something that happened during the debate. Links to highlights, fact checks, questions, etc.
For those who missed it.
Not going to lie I actually thought Chris Wallace was being fair with his questions untill a few other Pedes pointed out the liberal bias which I'm thankful for.
I thought the climate change question was dumb though and obviously brush fires are not occuring due to climate change. In a time where people are out of work and riots and corruption is all over the place, the last thing America needs is to worry about what might happen a thousand years from now. Brush fires are an otherwise natural part of the forest cycle. I saw one lib saying "that's what decomposition as for", when Trump mentioned cleaning the forests of dead trees and flora.
Not every biome has the nessisary humidity or fauna available for the rapid decomposition they are talking about. It's quite natural in that case for a forest to erupt into flames and has nothing to do with increased carbon emissions, completely stupid. Further more how many people have been caught setting fires?
All that being said, what is the point of a debate if you can't give rebuttals? You see Trump constantly breaking into Joe's time because Joe is obviously lying on several subjects and Trump needs time to rebut those statements.
I think next time Trump needs to really hammer his accomplishments as president, he did good this far with manufacturing but there is so much more he can highlight. And he should articulate the bad things Biden has done during his time in govt.
Trump also killed Biden on the rally remark and law enforcement remark. I want Trump to keep swinging but also be more articulate so the normies can digest the information better.
I thought the lack of rebuttal time made it a really bad debate format. How can you not allow at least 30 seconds for the other side to give an answer to your accusation?
