Absolutely. He only said something along the lines of "Say the full quote" while Biden was speaking and never mentioned it again. Really should have said his full quote verbatim

I wish Trump simply said "you're lying, Joe, and I encourage everyone to go look up the full clip and they will see you're lying"
This sounds nice but honestly would it matter? He has said exactly this on debate stages before and they still keep asking him. Anyone who is going to take the few seconds to look it up and see it for themselves already has

Mild rebuttal to totally hack question. Media loses their shit and goes all-in on this issue. Trump plays the full tape and media gets BTFO.
Honestly after 5 years I think the Trump campaign has given up on trying to do anything about the media. They are gonna "orange man bad" no matter what he says, so at this point he's just trying to speak directly to swing state voters.
