Good morning patriots
Hope everyone slept well after the president and Chris Wallace debated about the issues last night.
We've had some great threads and comments about what happened last night. Now that you've had time to digest it we'd like to give you the opportunity to seriously discuss any questions, issues, or anything that happened.
Top level comments should be only something that happened during the debate. Links to highlights, fact checks, questions, etc.
For those who missed it.
That must have been the most biased debate in presidential history. I lost it when Trump was answering the climate change question. Wallace interrupted him upwards of six times, and then let Biden cruise through. Ridiculous
I think that no one definitively won the debate. Both sides were able to take jabs at each other. Trump was Strong and Biden was allowed to not answer key questions that he had no answer for.
The real winner will be revealed today and tomorrow, in social media. Whichever candidate is able to get their “jab” to go viral and be viewed by the most people will have the most influence on normies, and be the real winner where it counts.
Good summary. I would just add that Trump got Biden to say he more or less supports law and order, but not the Green New Deal. Trump must feel this will really hurt his support from the radical left, so that may have been.
Overall Biden did surprisingly well (for Biden). He came off weak, but didn't lose his place too many times. Wallace stepped in a few times when Trump had him on the ropes. It was good enough that the corporate media can say he won(they would have anyways).
