It's hard to know a group like that unless you're a member. I'm sure members cover a broad spectrum.

My take on the group in general, and Gavin McInness in particular, is that they think Western culture is the best and everyone should embrace it's core values and that, even though cultural lines generally fall along racial lines, there is nothing fixed about those lines, and anyone is welcome to join the West if they embrace our values, but we have no interest in those that reject those values and traditions.

The woke mob would call that racist for whites to think their culture better than black culture or hispanic culture or whatever. But that criticism presumes that those racial / cultural lines are fixed. Any criticism of black culture or Islamic culture is necessarily a statement that the race associated with the culture is inferior. In other words, black culture is a product of the black race. If that sounds racist to you, I think so, too.
