Debates like this are always backwards. 2 minutes to answer from one, 30 seconds to rebut from the other
It should be a question, then 30 seconds to answer, then 3-5 minutes for a rebuttal, then 2 for a counter-rebuttal, then another 2 to counter the counter. That's what a debate is.
When a moderator just asks a question and gets an answer, then the other guy gets a minute to say why it's wrong or w/e, that's not a debate, it's just two press conferences
