Imagine no matter what you do, your opponent getting stronger. More and more people flock to him no matter what you say. Everything you do backfires. Every. Single. Time.

I said it before and I'll say it again. It must suck being a leftist. What a shitty ride for them.

They wind up almost always getting attacked by their own side and made fun of by ours. And they see a movement they can't stop.

a normal political party would be talking about why you should vote for their candidate instead of incessently bashing their competition. all I hear about is trump trump trump from both sides so who do they think people are going to vote for? trump of course.

It's liberating when you stop giving a fuck about the headlines and realize all press is good press at this point. RENT FREE BITCHES!!

Shills on /pol/ are always talking about how the latest thing that Trump did was bad. The latest talking point is "Trump gave 500b to n*****rs but nothing for whites!", yet they give no reason for any Trump supporter to vote for Biden.

Biden also doesn't really have a brand. Sanders was "the socialist guy" and Yang was "the UBI guy". Biden is "not Trump".

Lol I doubt those are shills, it's just them. It's not a pro-Trump board.

The smart move, and I think many high up Dems no this, would have been to fall back and regroup.

Their problem is their base is too fanatical now for such pragmatism. They would also turn on the Dems in a second.

We should have infiltrated every online dem group possible on 2016 after Bernie was screwed and pushed hard for an official Socialist party in America. It would split the Democrats in half and they'd never win an election again.

True, and good thing it's getting harder and harder for them to keep up the charade. Too many competing ideologies in one basket.

One of Trump's big selling points for liberals is his anti-war stance. We would practically be out right now if not for congress and the Pentagon.

My best friend is a far leftist.

We've been friends for decades, and I refuse to stop talking to him and trying to talk sense to him.

As long as he's willing to argue with me, we'll keep arguing until Kingdom Come, or until he finally comes home to papa Trump.

He wasn't emotionally prepared to lose in 2016, and he's way worse right now than he was 4 years ago. He's got a really, really bad case of TDS.

They can’t stop the truth from obliterating the false reality they’ve meticulously constructed.

This. Truth, God, the way, reality or whatever you want to call it can't be stopped.

"Politics101" was always about running hit ads on your opponent. That's why fundraising had been so crucial. Whoever could outspend their opponent with negative hit ads would win.

They weren't worried when Trump first ran. They knew they could outspend him on hit ads. So they did. And Trump's numbers kept rising and rising... the whole time they were shouting, "Why isn't this working?!"
