Sen Kennedy nails it...

Comey, at Obama's instruction, threw Hillary under the bus.

This denied Hillary taking over the hyper corrupt state that Obama had created.

Obama's plan was to maintain control of the DNC's shadow deep state government, and being the puppet master for whoever ended up following a one term Trump presidency.

Comey threw in with Obama and abandoned Hillary.
