I can tell by the way he speaks, and the way he corrects himself, and the way his eyes look at the camera. Biden's eyes look a little weird too.

Biden's opening answer was a dead fucking giveaway for me. Go back and watch it and tell me he’s not reading. Biden was absolutely fucking reading. This dude can hardly form a sentence and he was able to string that shit together? No fucking way.
