This just makes me so sad. How much do they hate themselves that they hate the very essence of their being. They can never run away from the fact that they are female. No amount of surgery, no amount of hormones, nothing will change that they are female. When they have done everything to make them "male" but still know, deep down, that they are female, they blame us. If we would just accept them as male, then they would be completely male. As if we are the final missing piece to this gender puzzle. What they don't understand is that no amount of acceptance can change what goes on between their ears. It is easier for them to identify us as the enemy and fight us than it is to accept that what they think they want is not achievable. This is why they are never satisfied. Until they recognize the mental struggle, they will never be truly content or joyful. When I see pictures like this, I am overcome with sadness for them. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
