My favorite is one that will use grants to teach small business skills to new small business owners so that people with the drive but without the know how can navigate the pitfalls and prepare properly with basic stuff like documentation, research, and mature business plans. We are building back bigger and better, baby!
It's a community thing that's tailored to each new business. It's just business basics, but a lot of people with great ideas don't know the first things about what to prioritize in business actions.
Yea hopefully I can get there in 5 years. I'd like to have enough money and property to leave my kids when they grow up so they can shoot higher. Ultimately owning a condo, townhouses or an apartment building so i can sit my ass at home and collect checks my ten year goal is 1 million dollars. Pretty lofty but I'm doing what I can to make it happen
