Should that occur I think Trump should carry out a bullhorn 📢 so he can't be silenced. Who is going to stop him from that? If Joe can have augmentung electronic devices so can Trump.

Then Trump can sell bullhorn's on his campaign website with some catchy slogan like "Have your voice be heard. Trump 2020"
