Sue him. They will have to prove why they think he is. If they can't (which they won't be able to) Kyle is in the money big time.

Killing people in self-defence doesn't make you a white supremacist. I would need to watch the videos again but I'm pretty sure Kyle didn't shot any black people. His first attacker as he ran away from them was black. He missed. Also, I'm pretty sure one the people that "gave up" was black. Also a person Kyle didn't shot.

Hey wait a minute! He’s a Biden he can do whatever he wants.

If the case goes well Biden will probably settle it out of court if you know what I mean.
