He was given a BCD when he should have gotten a dishonorable, and I saw plenty of guys get kicked out of the Navy while I was in for popping piss tests and in many cases they were given dishonorables.
The fact that Hunter was given a BCD at all means he was out of control and even the usual junior staffers assigned to him to keep him from fucking up his commission couldn't keep him straight.
