There needs to be egregious abuse of power to disqualify a judge and from a legal standpoint that didn’t happen to the extent needed to convince a higher court until the most recent hearing
The Judicial system is all about "process" and steps...appeals and motions. She followed all the steps--if you don't, a court can say, no, you needed to try this remedy first...she's done all this and they're all out of remedies!
I would love to see protests just outside of Judge Sullivan's house 24/7. That crooked mother fucker shouldn't be allowed a moment of peace until he does the right thing! He should suffer.
He gets taken off the case, possibly further consequences for him. He is SO far outside the law/procedures now--but one good thing is that this highlights the problem with renegade judges--usually it's only their peers who can take any action and of course in cases like that, for any profession, discipline and punishment is rare.
Powell's Habeas Corpus is still in effect; so the next Judge should just grant it.

Death penalty for all coup attempt participants top to bottom.
How long would that process take?

What happens if this is successful?
