Clearly making these arbitrary rules soo insane and ridiculous in hopes that most places WONT reopen. The descalatioon training and taking info for “potential contract tracing” are dead giveaways.

The real question: will small business continue to let the local govt kill their business without soo much as a whimper? Not even one march on city hall?
