This is also in no way denying anyone's right to vote. If you can't make it to the polls in person, tough shit, that's your choice.
It means you get to rank all candidates from first choice to last. So I could vote Trump 1 jo jorgenson 2 Kanye 3 Biden 4 etc etc. When the votes are counted if a candidate doesn't have a certain percentage of votes to be declared a winner then they move to your second choice and third so on until one candidate has enough votes for a decisive victory. So say Trump has 49% and Biden had 47% too close so now they factor in everyones second choice. Say 3% of people had Jo Jorgensen as their first choice but had Biden as their second choice those are now Biden votes . So now the total is Trump 49% Biden 50% and they keep doing this till they have a final winning tabulation. Its BULLSHIT!
