Perhaps he's waiting for 1-2 weeks before the election? If he drops them now and they incriminate Biden they could easily push forward another candidate. Do it a week before the election however and the Democratic party would be in complete chaos.
If your goal is to demoralize Biden voters by exposing the Dems' corruption, two weeks out from the election is too late.....they will have already early voted by mail, along with all the harvested votes from the dementia ridden elderly, homeless, ballots stolen from mail boxes, dead voters, and those who sell their ballots.
