Bc the repubs hate Trump as much as the Dems. Why do you think there are only a handful defending the president? Why do you think the senate did not put together hearings during the first 2 years of muellers bullshit. They knew mueller was bs.. they were just hoping he would find something they could go along with impeaching. Think of all the set ups mueller did, and completely obliterating attorney/client privilege by going after Trump’s personal lawyer... they walked all over the constitution and there was not a peep from the senate.
