I am back in school full time so hubby is doing more and I hired cleaners. When I was home full time I did more housework as it was my job. At other times I was gone and he took over. Score keeping is a rapid route to divorce. I also don't think other people's arrangements are anyone else's business as long as it works for them and everyone should be treated with respect regardless of career choice. Totally agree. This community used to be less hostile toward people whose situations were within some “standard” deviation from fundamentalist Christian, but it seems less and less so as time moves on.

It would be fascinating to see exactly how closely certain outspoken critics of non-orthodox ways of living actually adhere to what they espouse, and how that may or may not benefit themselves and others around them. Idealism is not realism, but we can all LARP online, I guess, as long as we don’t call virtue signaling exactly what it is...
