That makes no sense. The leaders of the Left are all white. They are actively promoting and exploiting all the "minority groups" that they claim to support: blacks, mexicans, Muslims, women, homosexuals, gender-confused. There is no "in-group" preference. There is just brainwashing and stoking the flames of division and hatred between these groups, raising themselves up as the saviors.
The heart of the Left is a spirit of domination with a desire to subvert all that is good about Western culture and oppress Christians and Jews in particular above everyone else. This is why the radical Left has this bizarre alliance with radical Muslims... they have the same enemies.
Everybody has equal value because our value isn't earned but given by God. Everybody is equal to start with. The only thing that can harm your value as an individual is to harm others.
