The moment the US openly goes to civil war is the moment this becomes a repeat of the "civil war was a race war" lie and China troops lace up for west coast drops.

True, but I think my point about organizing still stands. At that point internet and/or cell phones may even be down as infrastructure crumbles. We need to have plans in place ahead of that (where to meet, etc.).
