When Wray said Antifa was an ideology, he was talking about it not being a centrally organized terror org, and largely loosely connected terror groups operating under the Antifa banner and following violent Antifa ideology, like islamic jihad groups operating with their own cells. The left is trying to distort that to mean Wray was saying Antifa was not a threat, which is not what he was doing.
