My company just sent out its mandatory D&I training.

This is new for my company. It was a knee-jerk reaction to BLM and is headed by a committee of SJWs. We 100% work with the government, though we are not paid by them. Is there a place where I can contact, or a lawyer interested in seeing if this is illegal based on the new EO?

I don't think it's illegal. The government is just banned from paying for D&I that includes critical race theory.

There can still be D&I trainings in the government as long as they avoid the crazier parts of wokeness.
