This is new for my company. It was a knee-jerk reaction to BLM and is headed by a committee of SJWs. We 100% work with the government, though we are not paid by them. Is there a place where I can contact, or a lawyer interested in seeing if this is illegal based on the new EO?

Diversity and inclusion does not always mean critical race theory.

I had training last year and it was about not scheduling meetings when you know parents (who have to drop kids at school) couldn't make it.. and not losing patience with old [slower] employees... bland non controversial stuff.
