Bongino was a secret-service agent for Obama! He knows how to put his feelings aside and do the job. The only way he'd be biased is that he wouldn't let Biden get away with just straight-up lying like he did repeatedly in the last debate; he'd call him out, like Wallace tried to do to Trump about the mythical Nazis and global warming.
They just need to allow two moderators, Trump and Biden pick one. Then let each debater speak for two minutes. The moderator you pick could even ask if their debater would like to respond to the other debater before asking another question, or give up their question to allow a rebuttal.
